Mauli Soaps is concerned with the confidentiality and security of your personal data and information collected or analyzed through the digital platform located at www.maulisoaps.com.

Your personal data will be processed electronically by Mauli Natural Soaps, Unipessoal, Lda., NIPC 519244753, with address at Rua Carmen Miranda, n.º 20, Piso 1B, Torre da Marinha, 2840-424 Seixal, hereinafter “Mauli Soaps” or “we,” and this data will be used solely by Mauli Soaps as well as by its partner companies, namely Shopify, payment processors, shipping and logistics partners, among others, and will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned in point 1) of this Privacy Notice.

Mauli Soaps, in the scope of its activity, collects and processes the personal data necessary for the provision of products, thus processing your personal data and collecting personal data directly from the user (Data Subject) for the purpose of the user purchasing Mauli Soaps products, as further described in the Terms of Sale or Terms of Use.

Some personal data is mandatory, and if such data is missing or insufficient, Mauli Soaps may not be able to provide the relevant product or service.

In general, the personal data collected is intended for the management of the contractual relationship, the provision of contracted services, the adaptation of services to the needs and interests of the Customer, as well as for informational and marketing purposes.

You may, however, provide us with personal data for other purposes, such as submitting complaints and suggestions, disseminating institutional information about Mauli Soaps, and/or informing you about campaigns, promotions, advertising, and news regarding Mauli Soaps products and/or services, as well as for conducting market research and evaluation surveys.
